How to order
1. Simply select the product you would like to buy, and click ‘add to quote’. All items you select will be stored in your ‘quote list’, which is available via the navigation bar along the top of the page.
2. Once you have selected your chosen products, click through to your quote list and select the quantity of each product.
3. Click ‘submit for quotation’ and populate the form with your details to confirm your order.
Just simply add the item to the basket and proceed to the checkout!
We accept all major credit & debit cards or for faster clearance a direct bank transfer to our HSBC bank account. Credit & debit cards will normally carry a 7 day processing cycle through the Shopify system.
Delivery & Installation
Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT (UK Only), delivery & installation service.
Please ask for a quote for delivery and/or installation - prices depend on distance, volume and time on site. Quoted prices may alter if the details of a delivery or installation change.
Delivery lead-time is typically 4 to 6 weeks from payment receipt, although suppliers' holidays and order specific administration (such as despatching leather/fabric) can extend this. Expected delivery dates will be indicated at the point of purchase and we will confirm these as soon as your Order is coordinated.
QuickShip deliveries will be shipped within 72 hours upon receipt of confirmed order & cleared funds. Stock levels can vary, season dependant.
We deliver worldwide by land, air or sea to your business premises or warehouse.
If the order is more urgent we will endeavour to help you meet your requirements - some items can be fast tracked to reduce delivery times, so please contact our sales team.
There is a carriage charge on all orders calculated by your delivery location with everything being wrapped, protected, boxed and/or safely palletised for a kerbside delivery. If needed, our products will come with full assembly instructions included on all fixtures so there are no surprises!
We can provide a complete delivery & installation service based on an hourly cost. This leaves you without the concern of constructing the furniture, laying the product out or even disposing of the packaging.
Based on the size of your order and the time frame you have, we can even make a provision to have your venue ready to trade the same day! If you have a delay, don't worry, we can hold onto your furniture in our dedicated warehouse.
Extra charges resulting from changes to delivery & installation arrangements with less than 48 hours’ notice, problematic site access and/or difficult parking conditions will have to be paid for in full.
Customers are responsible for checking the goods at the time of delivery. Damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within two working days of this. Red Source will not be held responsible after this time.
Terms & Conditions
We are Trade only.
By accessing or using this Site or by placing an order through our Site, you agree to accept all the Terms and Conditions and therefore have entered into an agreement with Red Source, governing your use of our Site.
Our Minimum order value is £2,000 excluding VAT, although in some circumstances we will accept a lower order value with a surcharge.
We require a 100% deposit to progress an order, unless otherwise agreed.
Alterations or cancellations more than two business days after an order is placed will have to be paid for in full, if costs are incurred by Red Source.
We offer a standard one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all products. This is extended to five years on many products, dependant on Manufacturer; this does not affect your statutory rights.
Many of our Suppliers provide European CATAS certification on their products, which are available on request and demonstrate certified quality standards.
Any practices that deviate from our Suppliers approved specifications or guidelines will declare any warranty null and void.
